Friday Thanksgiving 2017

The Friday after Thanksgiving we have dinner with my family. This year we hung out all afternoon, cooked dinner, took pictures, and enjoyed playing with Luke. Luke loves to be with his Mimi and Poppy and Aunt Rebekah and Zac! Josh was not feeling good so he and Luke both took a nap. Josh then became obsessed with drawing on my mom's new sequin pillow. We hung ornaments on their Christmas tree before going home. It was a fun day.

NOW BRING ON CHRISTMAS EVERYTHING!

XOXO

Thanksgiving Day in Lynchburg 2017

Normally on Thanksgiving Day, we go to Josh's mom's side of the family for lunch in Roanoke and then Josh's dad's side of the family for dinner in Lynchburg. This year, Josh was very sick the week leading up to Thanksgiving, so we did not get to go to Roanoke, so he could rest and keep germs away from the kids. Luke and I went with my mom and sister to visit my grandma and have lunch with my uncle's family. I did not get any pictures, but we had a nice time! My aunt, uncle, and some of my cousins all got to see Luke. Then we came home, got Josh, and drove up to Lynchburg and surprised the whole family. They were all so excited! It was most everyone's first time seeing Luke, except for the immediate family, so it was so fun! We felt very thankful that Luke is a part of the family now and that we got to see everyone that we don't get to see very often.

Hancock-Bryant-Rowberg Thanksgiving 2016

Josh and I drove up to Virginia for Thanksgiving this year. We had lunch at his Uncle's house near Roanoke with lots of family. We went to Lynchburg for dinner at his Memaw's house, but I did not get any pictures there. Here are some family pictures we took that afternoon:

We're adding 3 great grandchildren to the Hancock family within 5 months of each other! :) Very exciting! There is so much to be thankful for this year!

XOXO

Thanksgiving 2015

This year we had a great Thanksgiving! Josh's family came up from Atlanta early in the week and stayed with us Tuesday night and then went up to Roanoke. Matt and Chloe stayed with us one more night and then we went up to Josh's cousin's house for Thanksgiving dinner.

The Panthers played that night which was so exciting!!! We watched it on Josh's phone after dinner and were so excited when they won!!

Some of us played Fibbage for a little while after dinner.

Beautiful baby Julia!

Then we took some group pictures! The whole family was there which was really special, since there are so many of us and now it's hard to get together with Josh's parents and sisters in Atlanta.

On Friday we went over to my parents house in the afternoon. Josh and my dad went shooting while my mom and I cooked dinner. Rebekah and her boyfriend Zac came a little later and we had a really yummy dinner that night. :)

We really enjoyed our Thanksgivings this year! Now onto all of the Christmas things. ;)
